We recognize that each resident's health needs may evolve over time. Before implementing any changes in care level, we thoroughly assess the resident, determine the appropriate care plan, and discuss our recommendations with the resident, their family, and their physicians. 

At our Assisted Living community, Addie Meedom House, we provide supportive services for residents who require assistance with activities of daily living, such as medication management, bathing, dressing, personal care, and eating. Our staff is available 24/7 to oversee resident care. Additionally, we offer a wide variety of social and recreational activities for our residents.
